Gabrielle “Gabby” Humber is originally from Alexander City, Alabama. Before law school, Gabby graduated magna cum laude from Auburn University with degrees in Technical English and Political Science.
Gabby earned her Juris Doctorate from Cumberland School of Law, graduating at the top of her class. While in law school, she received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in both Criminal Procedure II and Cybercrime, and served as an Associate Editor for the American Journal of Trial Advocacy. She also gained criminal defense experience working in the Cumberland Innocence Clinic throughout law school, where she advocated for the wrongfully convicted. Following law school, she scored in the 98th percentile on the Uniform Bar Exam.
Gabby began her career in Birmingham, Alabama, focusing on criminal defense and criminal appellate work. There, she gained hands-on experience with every phase of the criminal process—from pretrial motions and jury trials to appellate advocacy. She has successfully argued and won before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, further solidifying her reputation as a skilled advocate.
Known for her fearless representation, Gabby is deeply committed to ensuring her clients are treated fairly and justly under the law. Her strong background in criminal law and proven courtroom experience make her a dedicated defender for clients.
